- 3+ years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in real estate, property, architecture, or lifestyle content.
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, composition, lighting, and color grading.
- Able to produce high-quality content for social media, property marketing, and brand campaigns.
- Motion graphics & animation skills are a strong plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently from concept to final output.
- Experience with drone videography is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing skills.
