Job Description
Assist in video production for social media content needs
Handle basic camera, lighting, and audio setup during shoots
Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels & TikTok
Create basic cuts, transitions, subtitles, audio syncing, and simple motion edits
Support the creative team in brainstorming content ideas
Ensure video outputs align with each brand’s visual identity and style
Revise and finalize video content based on team feedback and project timelines
Requirements
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Film, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Communication, or related fields
Familiar with camera equipment and basic production setup
Proficient in basic video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
Strong visual sense and storytelling skills
Up-to-date with social media trends, especially TikTok & Instagram Reels
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work within deadlines
Having a portfolio/showreel is a plus
Plus Points
Able to create simple motion graphics
Basic understanding of color grading
Familiar with social media content & digital branding
Photography skills are a plus
