We are Canting Creative Digital Agency, a creative partner based in Yogyakarta specializing in digital content, video production, and brand storytelling. Currently, we are opening an opportunity for those who are eager to learn and grow as a Video Production Specialist.
Job Description
- Operate camera and basic lighting equipment to support social media content production.
- Coordinate end-to-end content shoots, including crew, equipment, talent, location, consumption, accommodation, and other production needs.
- Prepare shotlists and storyboards based on the creative direction and content requirements.
- Coordinate the creative team and ensure the shooting flow runs efficiently and according to plan.
- Ensure all production needs are ready before and during shoots, while managing time effectively.
- Deliver organized and high-quality production outputs according to the agreed creative direction and deadlines.
- Work across various brands and projects handled by Canting, adapting production approaches to each brand’s needs.
Criteria
- Based in Yogyakarta.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in creative or content production, preferably in social media content production.
- Good understanding of camera operation, basic lighting, shooting equipment, and production workflows.
- Familiar with estimating effective shooting time and managing production resources.
- Experience in coordinating or managing creative teams is a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and meet timelines.
- Adaptable and comfortable working on different brands, content styles, and production needs.
