IT Network Collaboration & Audio Video Meeting Room - Video Engineer Broadcasting (WFO Tangerang, prefer ASAP)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Network Collaboration & Audio Video Meeting Room Engineer to support, manage, and optimize video conferencing systems, meeting room technologies, and collaboration infrastructure. This role will focus on ensuring seamless communication experiences across the organization, particularly in hybrid/remote collaboration setups. Candidate must have solid experience in audio/video engineering, broadcasting technologies, and network integration.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain video conferencing systems (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Polycom, etc.) to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Provide end-to-end support for Audio Video (AV) meeting rooms, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and live event support.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure/network teams to integrate AV systems with enterprise collaboration platforms and ensure network stability.
- Support broadcasting needs for corporate events, webinars, and live streaming activities with high-quality audio and video standards.
- Conduct regular system health checks, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance on AV equipment (cameras, microphones, speakers, projectors, controllers).
- Perform site surveys, capacity planning, and recommend improvements for meeting room and collaboration solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to audio latency, video quality, connectivity, and system interoperability.
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and technical procedures for knowledge base references.
- Train employees and stakeholders on proper usage of AV and collaboration tools.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in video/audio communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Audio Video Engineering, Video Conferencing, or IT Network Collaboration.
- Strong hands-on experience with AV hardware (Polycom, Logitech, Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Biamp, etc.) and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, Meet).
- Good knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, QoS, SIP, VoIP, Firewall) to support AV traffic optimization.
- Familiarity with broadcasting/video streaming tools (OBS, Wirecast, vMix, YouTube Live, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite (WFO Tangerang) with readiness to support urgent issues/events.
- Prefer candidates who can join ASAP (October 2025 target start date).
