Role & Responsibilities ;
1. Produce visually stunning and engaging video that align with project objectives and brand guidelines
2. Proficient in editing a diverse range of video content, including campaign launch videos, user generated content (UGC) videos, promotional content, technical product videos, etc.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure the outputs align with the project objectives.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
5. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and design principles.
Qualifications :
1. Min. 1 year of experience working in a the similar field.
2. Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for videography & design aesthetics
3. High technical proficiency and expertise in Adobe suite programs (After Effects and Premiere Pro) and Capcut.
4. Proficiency in shot composition, framing, and storytelling techniques
5. Good sense of music and ability to edit to the beat
6. Good proficiency with colorgrading software such as Da Vinci Resolve
7. Passionate about videograophy and various industries.
8. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
9. Deep understanding of all major Social Media platforms (landscape and vertical formats, consumer behavior, trends, etc.) Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube.
10. Ability to work hybrid at HeadQOARter (Surabaya)
