About the Role
Unbox Diaries is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing content team. In this role, you will transform raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form content for TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms. If you're passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and creating content that captures attention, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Edit videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and YouTube content.
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Stay updated with social media trends and editing styles.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop compelling content.
- Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
Requirements - Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and willingness to receive feedback.
- Comfortable communicating in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in tech, lifestyle, or creator-focused content is a plus.
