Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative visual concepts aligned with brand
- Create storyboards, shot lists, and content plans for daily content & campaign needs
- Handle end-to-end videography and photography (product, lifestyle, and livestream content)
- Execute content with strong understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and mood
- Plan and direct both studio and on-site shoots
- Prepare shooting requirements (location, props, references, talent direction)
- Collaborate closely with livestream team, hosts, and marketing team to support sales performance
- Ensure all visual output is consistent with brand identity and platform trends (TikTok & Shopee)
- Edit videos for short-form content (TikTok, Reels) with strong hook, pacing, and conversion focus
- Optimize content based on performance (CTR, engagement, GMV impact)
- Stay updated with latest content trends, formats, and editing styles
Qualifications:
- Experience in videography, photography, and content production (e-commerce/live streaming preferred)
- Strong understanding of short-form content and visual storytelling for TikTok/Shopee
- Able to create storyboards and translate ideas into high-performing content
- Skilled in camera handling, lighting setup, and directing talent/host
- Proficient in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and content trends
- Fast, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environment
