💼 What You’ll Do?
Receive, organize, and process raw photo & video assets sent from the Head Office (HO).
Conceptualize, storyboard, and transform static photos and raw footage into dynamic, high-converting video content.
Execute full video editing, including cutting, pacing, color correction, audio mixing, and adding motion text/captions.
Adapt visual tones and storytelling to match distinct brand guidelines (Aluminium, Lifestyle, and F&B).
Deliver first-cut edits strictly within agreed turnaround deadlines and manage revisions within a 2-round cap.
Collaborate with the HO Marketing team to ensure visual alignment across all digital assets.
Handle occasional, on-site video/photo shoots when specific local projects require direct footage.
Maintain structured cloud archives and raw asset logs within 3 days of project completion.
🔍 What We’re Looking For?
Proven experience as a Video Editor or Content Editor with a strong portfolio in short-form and commercial videos.
Creative capability to build engaging storyboards and video concepts purely from static photos and existing footage.
High proficiency in video editing software, particularly CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
Basic skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio setup for occasional field shoots.
Keen eye for visual aesthetics, typography, beat-matching, and color consistency.
Strict workflow discipline, brief-driven mindset, and organized file management.
Ability to work independently from Solo, maintaining close communication with the HO team.
Based in / willing to be placed in Solo (Surakarta).
