Video Editor Intern

Heart Pictures is an Indonesian film production house dedicated to creating compelling stories that connect with audiences through film, culture, and creativity. We are looking for a passionate Video Editor Intern to support our creative team in producing engaging promotional content for our films and digital platforms.

Job Requirements

• Active student or fresh graduate in Film, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar software) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing rhythm.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
• Updated with social media video trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio or sample editing work is required (academic, freelance, or personal projects are welcome).
• Paid internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Job Description

• Edit engaging video content for film promotions, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Cut, assemble, and organize footage according to the creative brief.
• Add basic motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, transitions, and sound design when needed.
• Produce multiple video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop content aligned with campaign objectives.
• Execute revisions based on team feedback.
