Video Editor – Long-Form & Short-Form Content (Full-Time, Indonesia)
We're looking for a creative and reliable video editor to produce engaging YouTube and social media content for our French-speaking audience.
What you'll do:
Edit long-form YouTube videos and repurpose them into Shorts, Reels, and TikToks
Cut silences, mistakes, and weak moments to keep videos tight and engaging
Add B-rolls, zooms, text overlays, subtitles, music, and sound effects
Follow each channel's style and apply feedback quickly
Organize project files and manage deadlines independently
Use AI tools to speed up transcription, subtitles, silence removal, and repurposing
What we're looking for:
Strong editing skills with a portfolio showing YouTube or social media work
Basic understanding of French (you don't need to be fluent, but must understand the content you're editing)
Comfortable with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or similar
Open to learning and using AI tools like FireCut, Submagic, Runway, or ElevenLabs
Organized, fast, and proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do next
Based in Indonesia
We're not just looking for someone who can cut footage. We want an editor who thinks about retention, pacing, and storytelling, and who is excited about building a modern, AI-powered content production workflow.
