ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Video Editor & Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. This role owns visual production end-to-end from filming (camera, lighting, audio) through final editing for a wide range of content needs across Onera's business lines (Functional Food, Skincare, Aesthetic Clinic). Daily activities include shooting on location or in-studio, editing footage (color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics), and collaborating with the content and marketing teams for each business line to ensure output matches the brief and brand voice.
This position is also responsible for using AI editing tools to speed up production without compromising quality, as well as maintaining an organized file and asset system to keep the team's workflow running smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years of experience as both a video editor and videographer, with a strong and varied portfolio
- Skilled in shooting with a camera, with a solid understanding of basic lighting and audio recording
- Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Comfortable and active in using AI editing tools in your workflow (auto-caption, AI upscaling, and similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating shooting and editing ability across different types of content, not just a single style/format
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in consumer goods, skincare, F&B, or healthcare/aesthetic industries, along with familiarity with motion graphics/2D animation, is a plus
