Content Creator & Graphic Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-driven Content Creator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands viral content trends, and has strong skills in photo/video editing and graphic design. Experience using AI-powered content creation tools is highly preferred.
This role includes both content production and occasional on-site filming, making it perfect for someone who enjoys combining creativity with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan, develop, and execute content ideas aligned with brand objectives
- Edit photos and videos for social media campaigns
- Design creative graphics and marketing materials
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for viral content
- Utilize AI tools to improve content creation efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies
- Attend monthly on-site filming sessions (approximately 4-5 days per month)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, video editing, and graphic design work
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Experience using AI tools for content creation is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and viral content strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Photography or videography experience
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics
Work Arrangement
- Inhouse/Hybrid
- Required to participate in on-site filming activities approximately 4-5 days per month
