Kami mencari kandidat yang memiliki gelar D3 atau sederajat dan memiliki pengalaman kerja antara 1 hingga 3 tahun di bidang terkait. Kandidat harus memiliki keterampilan dalam Content Operations, TikTok, Content Writing, Content Planning, Creative Writing, Google Analytics, Image Editing, Content Editing, Content Marketing, dan Content Strategy. Develop creative content ideas and execute content strategies across social media platforms.
Create engaging content in TikTok content, and other social media channels.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and fashion industry to generate relevant and impactful content.
Plan, script, shoot, and coordinate content production activities.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, Social Media, and KOL to support marketing campaign objectives and brand initiatives.
Manage content planning and ensure timely content delivery according to the planned schedule.
Monitor, report content performance, and provide insights / recommendations for optimization.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.
Assist in covering company events, product launches, and campaign activities for content purposes.
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Broadcasting, Design, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing, or related role.
Strong understanding (up to date) of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Skilled in content planning, copywriting, scriptwriting, and storytelling.
Familiar with photo and video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
Comfortable appearing on camera, creating content independently when needed, and able to work in a fast paced Experience in the Fashion Industry is a plus.
