Job Description
1. Create Knowledge Base and Tutorial Videos
- Produce instructional videos for web and mobile applications.
- Explain application features through clear and user-friendly video content.
- Create onboarding videos for new users.
- Develop troubleshooting videos covering common user issues and FAQs.
2. Develop Content and Scripts
- Collaborate Customer Support teams to understand product features and workflows.
- Create storyboards and video scripts prior to production.
- Translate technical documentation into easy-to-understand educational content for end users.
3. Video Production and Editing
- Record web and mobile application workflows using screen recording tools.
- Edit videos using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Add voice-overs, subtitles, annotations, callouts, animations, and other supporting visual elements.
- Ensure all video content meets company standards for audio and visual quality.
4. Knowledge Base Management
- Upload and organize videos within the company’s knowledge base platform.
- Maintain and update existing video content whenever application features, workflows, or UI/UX elements change.
- Ensure content is properly categorized and easy for users to search and access.
5. Content Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from internal stakeholders regarding video effectiveness.
- Identify frequently asked questions and recurring support issues to create new educational content.
- Monitor video performance metrics such as views, engagement, and completion rates to improve content quality and usability.
Qualifications:
Required
- Experience creating tutorial, training, or educational video content.
- Proficiency in screen recording web and mobile applications.
- Good in video editing skill using industry-standard tools.
- Excellent written and verbal english communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience creating content for SaaS or software products.
- Familiarity with knowledge base and documentation platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology environment.
