We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager / Restaurant Manager to lead operations, inspire the team, and ensure excellent guest experiences.
Job Description:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant/venue
Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
Lead, train, and develop the service team
Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance
Monitor sales, labor costs, and operational expenses
Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety procedures
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Collaborate with management to achieve business targets and venue profitability
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control
Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
