Position: Venue Manager

📍 Location: Gading Serpong, Tangerang

We are looking for a passionate and driven Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of our badminton and padel sports facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operations of the venue, ensuring smooth daily activities.

Manage staff schedules and performance.

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all courts and facilities.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Handle customer service and resolve member issues professionally.

Support event planning and promotions at the venue.

Report regularly to the management team.

Requirements:

Passionate about sports, especially badminton and/or padel.

Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Proven leadership or management experience is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
