Job Descriptions:
Source, select, and negotiate contracts with vendors (security, cleaning services, etc.).
Monitor vendor performance based on agreed SLAs and conduct regular evaluations.
Manage and renew business, operational, and site-related permits.
Manage lease agreements and related legal documents.
Monitor document validity and ensure timely renewals.
Supervise security and office boy staff, including schedules, attendance, grooming, and SOP compliance.
Manage access control, visitor logs, and incident reports.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
Qualifications:
(D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
1–3 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Vendor Management.
Familiar with permit processes and vendor contract management.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting.
Good negotiation skills and confident in making decisions within assigned authority.
Detail oriented, disciplined, and highly trustworthy, as the role involves handling important documents and payment processes.
Able to provide firm yet professional direction and feedback.
