Vendor Management & Pricing - Logistics

Job Descriptions:

• Evaluating and selecting vendors based on factors such as price, quality, and speed of delivery

• Negotiating contracts with vendors to secure advantageous terms and conditions

• Developing and implementing vendor management policies and procedures

• Monitoring and managing vendor performance to ensure they meet contractual obligations

• Managing vendor relationships and building effective partnerships

• Resolving any issues and problems with vendors and escalating as needed

• Coordinating with other departments such as procurement, finance, and operations to ensure smooth collaboration with vendors

• Conducting vendor evaluations to assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements

• Ensuring all vendor documentation is up to date and in compliance with company policies

• Maintaining clear and reliable records of all vendor agreements and updating as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or pricing (logistics industry preferred)

• Strong understanding of logistics pricing, cost structure, and vendor negotiation

• Good analytical skills with ability to evaluate rates and cost efficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis & reporting)

• Familiar with logistics systems (WMS/TMS) is a plus

• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)

• Detail-oriented, strong negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure

• Able to manage multiple vendors and maintain good business relationships
