Deskripsi pekerjaan Vendor Management Administration PT Serikat Hantar Ekspedisi

Job Description

  1. Input and maintain vehicle rental expenses within operational data records.
  2. Prepare and update quotations in accordance with operational requirements.
  3. Manage vendor registration and onboarding processes for new vendors.
  4. Monitor and administer contracts for both ownfleet and subcontractor vendors.
  5. Create Purchase Orders (PO) for ownfleet operations, including contract extension and non-extension processes.
  6. Prepare transfer reference letters and conduct OR negotiations.

Requirements

  1. Possess a bachelor's degree in any major.
  2. Familiarity with trucking operations and logistics processes is a plus.
  3. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple vendor accounts and tasks efficiently.
  4. Experience with Google/Microsoft Office Suite (especially Spreadsheet/Excel).
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  6. Basic negotiation skills to assist in submitting invoices and payment
