- Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Vendor Acquisition or Procurement/Sourcing, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation skills to establish competitive pricing and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Proven ability to source, identify, and acquire new transportation vendors based on operational requirements.
- Experience in managing and maintaining an accurate and well-organised vendor database.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
