Job Description
- Ensure daily fleet availability and monitor transportation operational performance.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, loading efficiency, and transportation costs.
- Coordinate fleet onboarding/offboarding and support driver training.
- Handle operational issues and ensure smooth transportation processes.
- Analyze route performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage transportation expenses, vehicle settlements, and operational reports.
- Prepare driver attendance and payroll data.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain accurate fleet documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics operations is preferred.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a plus
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
