Qualification :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, or MICE.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales professional in the MICE industry.
- Extensive network within corporate or government sectors, with a preference for candidates holding a B2B database.
- Strong communication, persuasive, and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales administration systematically.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office, CRM software, and Canva.
- Fluency in English (active speaking and writing).
- Professional appearance and willingness to travel for business.
Resposibilies :
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the MICE segment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive company revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and vendors.
- Coordinate with Banquet and Marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management evaluation.
