What You'll Do:
- Defining user personas & Behaviors at PT. Arkademi Daya Indonesia
- Developing research plans aligned with user needs and/or the product roadmap of PT. Arkademi Daya Indonesia
- Requesting user data completeness from the data team in accordance with research requirements
- Conducting research on challenges faced by users in using the products at PT. Arkademi Daya Indonesia
- Collecting user problems and conducting analysis to inform product development decision-making
- Conducting user interviews
- Performing Usability Testing
- Synthesizing data on user needs categories (pain points) and user flows on a user affinity map to create user personas and solutions
- Conducting competitor research related to users, interfaces, features, and/or products.
- Creating product or feature suggestions based on user or business needs
- Compiling a report on the conducted research (analysis & synthesis)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a UI/UX researcher
- Proficient in tracking applications (Hotjar)
- Competent in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with design thinking and creative thinking principles
- Demonstrated interview skills
- Expertise in data collection, analysis, and synthesis
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in conducting Usability Testing
- Experience with design applications (such as Figma, etc.)
