Niagahoster is a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. Our web and product teams are trying to offer the best user experience based on rigorous research. To ensure we provide the best user experience, we need additional support from a UX Researcher Intern. This role will provide full-range support on the UX research project by employing various techniques, tools, and methodologies to reach conclusions, determine facts, and uncover problems, thereby revealing valuable information fed into the design process. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and empathy for the user. If you are able and ready to grow your skills with our team here, join us now!

Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze user behavior through user interviews, diary studies, and surveys;
Provides full-range support on the UX research projects & activities;
Provide support for data analysis and generate meaningful insights;
Help to find creative ways to identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
Prepare report on research finding to diverse audiences;
Perform any other relevant tasks to ensure the project's success;
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Help to define and refine user personas;
Arranging and moderating interview schedules for each user group.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skill;
Excellent communication skills and empathy for the user;
Experience in conducting interviews and usability studies;
Effective interpersonal, communication, to collaborate with multiple teams;
Eagerness to learn and can-do attitude;
Knowledge of those industry tools for presentation and documentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint, Miro, Trello / Airtable) would be favorable;
Time management skill.
