Job description for UX Designer/Service Designer (Intern) at Chemistry
Attachment Description:
- Assist Lead UX Designer in UX design and service design projects
- Work with team members to contribute to workshops such as design thinking and user research
- Developing wireframes and click-thru prototype
Specific Responsibilities:
- Involved in user research; this includes recruiting and screening of research participants, scheduling, setting up the research session (involving logistics and equipment), conducting the user research session, transcribing the session, analysing the qualitative/quantitative data and creating UX research report.
- Involved in UX strategy which includes creating Personas, User Journey Mappings, ideation, formulating opportunity statements, strategic recommendations report.
- Create good information architecture and able to conduct card sorting exercise, tree testing, designing user flows and user journeys
- Design wireframes and produce click-thru prototype
- Assist in creating UI design and Design System
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Good understanding of the design thinking and UX design process
- Familiar with Design thinking and UX design tools, frameworks and methodology
- Knowledge in design software. Design background preferred, but not necessary
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Takes initiative to try out new methods and improve processes
