Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years working experience in utility and building and minimum 3 years as supervisor.
- Good leadership and communication skill (in Bahasa and English)
- Excellent planning organizing and execution
- Have knowledge in Utility and facility operational (RO system, Amonia Refrigeration system, Boiler system, Compressor system, Cold storage, Electrical distribution)
Job Description :
- Supervise the maintenance and operation of building utility equipment/equipment so that it runs efficiently
- Ensuring maximum performance and evaluate building electricity on a regular basis
- Play an active role in activities related to the Building
- Fostering good relations with government agencies related to building management, such as PLN.
- Support the Building Management function in reporting, budgeting, employee development, and ensuring operational evaluation
- Support project expansion for manufacturing Industry in utility and facility
