USA Internship Program - Food and Beverage

Job Description:

As an F&B Intern, you will:

• Assist in daily food and beverage operations, including serving guests and preparing beverages.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and adhering to hospitality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Assist with event setups, catering services, and banquet operations.
• Learn and apply international F&B service techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field with at least 1 year of relevant F&B experience, OR
• No Degree but 5 years of hands-on experience in the F&B industry.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong passion for the F&B and hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
