Qualifications

1. 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Specialist, or similar role.
2. Creative, proactive, and highly aware of the latest social media trends and audience behavior.
3. Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and content creation.
4. Comfortable using social media analytics and insights to improve content performance.
5. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with targets and deadlines.
6. Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
7. A strong social media/content portfolio is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies and content plans aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
2. Create creative, engaging, and trend-driven content across relevant social media platforms.
3. Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy that reflect the brand voice.
4. Monitor trends, competitors, and audience insights to identify new content opportunities.
5. Manage the content calendar and ensure content is delivered consistently and on time.
6. Analyze content performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive reach, engagement, and audience growth.
7. Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful social media campaigns.
