[URGENT HIRING] - OPERATION MANAGER

QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in operations or management.
3. Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
4. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Comfortable with work-related travel and mobility.
6. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
7. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee daily operational activities of LSP P3 Pariwisata Bali.
2. Lead and coordinate the operational team to ensure smooth processes.
3. Manage certification and assessment activities in accordance with applicable standards.
4. Coordinate with assessors, candidates, partners, and other stakeholders.
5. Monitor operational performance, documentation, and reporting.
6. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, and organizational standards.
