Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably with leadership experience.
3. Strong skills in market research, business strategy, and identifying new business opportunities.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
5. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Proficient in business analysis, financial planning, and preparing business proposals.
7. Target-oriented, strategic-minded, and capable of managing multiple projects to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth and achieve business targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
4. Lead negotiations, prepare business proposals, and manage partnership agreements.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic business decisions.
6. Monitor business performance, evaluate growth opportunities, and prepare regular reports for management.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of business initiatives and strategic projects.
