[URGENT HIRING] - ENGLISH COURSE COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in English Education
2. At least 1 year of experience in teaching English, preferably with curriculum development experience
3. Strong interest in Educational Technology (EdTech)
4. Proven ability to develop English course curricula, including digital learning materials and assessment tools
5. Experience in managing educational programs or institutions, both formal and non-formal, is highly preferred
6. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of course delivery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate English course schedules, classes, and student placements.
2. Conduct student placement and English level assessments.
3. Manage student enrollment, records, and course administration.
4. Coordinate communication between students, teachers, and internal teams.
5. Monitor student attendance, progress, and course completion.
6. Provide administrative and customer support to students.
7. Prepare course reports and maintain accurate documentation.
8. Ensure smooth daily operations of English language programs.
