Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → offering)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy and detail.
- Problem-solving and escalation handling under tight deadlines.
- Good command of English, written and spoken (essential for coordinating with foreign principals).
- High integrity and commitment to data confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and pipeline, ensuring hiring targets and manpower demand are met on schedule.
- Resolve operational issues that may delay hiring and drive process efficiency, service quality, and candidate experience.
- Manage team performance, ensure document completeness and data confidentiality, and report progress to the Recruitment Manager
