Qualification:
- Final year student or Fresh graduate from any major
- Interested in social media, content creation, and employer branding
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
- Good communication skills, creative, organized, and detail oriented
- Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible
- Able to work independently and collaborate with the HR team
- Available for a 6 month remote internship (WFH)
What you'll do:
- Create and manage social media content for HR and employer branding
- Support content planning, posting, and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create content around employee stories, company culture, workplace, career opportunities, and behind the scenes activities
- Assist with simple photo/video production and editing using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Monitor social media engagement and prepare simple performance reports
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment-related content Coordinate with HR and internal teams to gather content and employee stories
