- Develop and execute a B2B2C sales strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at universities and polytechnics/institutes to understand their needs and challenges and position our products and services as solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support our sales efforts and build brand awareness in the higher education market.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and ensure that all sales activities are tracked and reported accurately using CRM.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by Business Unit Head (BUH).
- Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in B2B2C sales, preferably in the education or tech industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the higher education landscape and understanding of the challenges universities face.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
