Responsibilities:
* Lead branch operations and achieve revenue & profit targets.
* Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
* Manage branch team performance, development, and daily coordination.
* Build relationships with customers, doctors, and business partners.
* Monitor branch budget, costs, receivables, and overall performance.
* Identify business opportunities and manage operational risks.
Requirements:
* D3/D4/S1 in any major; Healthcare preferred.
* 3+ years managerial experience in healthcare, clinic, laboratory, or related industry.
* Branch management or experience leading 8+ employees preferred.
* Strong leadership, business development, customer service, and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of clinic operations, quality management, K3, and regulations.
* Computer literate; valid SIM A/C.
