We are seeking a skilled and passionate UI/UX Researcher to join our team. As a UI/UX Researcher, you will play a key role in understanding user behavior, needs, and motivations through various research methods. Your insights will inform design decisions and help create a user-centered product that aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research using various qualitative and quantitative methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Analyze research data to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Create personas, user journey maps, and other research artifacts to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve research methodologies.
- Ensure that research findings are integrated into the product development process.
- Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in System Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX Research.
- Proficiency in various user research methods and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate research into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools is a plus.
