- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look, or use them for idea validation purposes
- Continuously keep yourself updated on new design trends and changes in the industry standards by conducting industry research on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies
- Work closely with the QA team to make sure a smooth collaboration during implementation
- Develop visual representations of the interactions between the user and the functional modules in the solution.
- Being in charge of the application's copywriting
- Understanding the market, education ecosystem, user and university personnel needs, and having opinions on how the product should evolve, substantiated with data analysis or user research
- Growing a design-thinking and research culture within Kinobi
- Hold a minimum Diploma 3 degree in a design-related discipline.
- Have at least 3 years experience using Figma and Adobe XD
- Have at least 3 years experience in professional business communications, including oral presentations, written documents, executive presentation
- Have strong portfolio of professional design work
- Have consultative mindset and thorough understanding of Asian markets/industries, brands, consumers and trends
- Have a basic understanding of coding will be great
- A great communicator and listener, able to empathize with patients and coaches, and represent their needs. You should be confident of being the voice of the users, while balancing that against multiple other stakeholders’ needs, such as the company, partners, and the wider ecosystem as a whole
- A fast learner, able to quickly absorb and make sense of large amounts of competing or contradictory information
- Able to participate in high-level strategic discussions or facilitate workshops, adding structure, clarity and discipline with your knowledge and experience with design-thinking and systems-thinking, to add focus and intentionality in everything we do
- Visionary, having opinions and ideas about the future of the product and company
