UI/UX Designer
Full WFO in Yogyakarta
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
- Translate requirements and research provided by the project manager into user flows, sitemaps, and journey maps.
- Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs using tools like Figma.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system / UI component library across products.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and function as intended.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability test results, and data shared by the project manager.
- Apply accessibility and usability best practices across all designs.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and incorporate relevant patterns into the design work.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design (adjust up/down based on seniority).
- Confident to speak English for daily conversation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process — wireframes, prototypes, final UI.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Basic understanding of front-end capabilities and constraints (HTML/CSS) to design realistic, buildable interfaces.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good time management across multiple projects.
- Able to work well within a team, taking direction and feedback from the project manager and developers.
