JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for App & Web
- Research new ideas for UI/UX optimization
- Continuously making layout adjustments and improvements
- Design and maintain a consistent design language, style guides, and UI components library to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly interface across the platform
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and guidance throughout the development lifecycle
- Identifying problems from user experience (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct UX research to predict user habits, perform user testing, and collect feedback to solve UX problems
- Make UI Kit and component and do A/B Testing
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 1 years experience in UI/UX design and have the portofolio
- Proven work experience as UI/UX Designer with complete project portfolios presentation.
- Strong applied skills for design tools related (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
- Good knowledge in mobile and web design
- Have a passion to create intuitive level user flows and interfaces
- Confident in English is a big plus
- Have UIUX design references & Insights in the IT/Startup field
- Having video editing or motion graphics skills is a plus point
- Have ability to make prototyping , UI Kit & Component (able to make a Vector or Icon is a plus)
- Have good communication to work in a team
- Willing to WFO at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
