Responsibilities :
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create visually appealing and consistent UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Improve existing products by identifying UX pain points and proposing solutions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX research, usability testing, and accessibility principles.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
