UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Understand project brief and turn it into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
2. Work with the product team to gain a deeper understanding of our problem/ goal through usability tests.
3. Develop an understanding of the end users of the web or mobile application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data).
4. Able to generate user personas and user scenarios
5. Prepare site/ features prototypes, storyboards, wireframes, and user flows for internal review and brainstorming.

Qualifications:

1. Preferably those with at least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
2. Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
3. Ability to create clear and visually appealing interfaces.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good time management skills to keep the product design process on track.
7. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as graphic design, web design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction.
8. Experience in the retail and logistics industry or related field is a plus.
9. Preferably 25 years old or younger.
