Job Descriptions :
- Design and develop user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications that are both engaging and functional
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design to visualize and communicate design concepts
- Ensure consistency in design, usability, and accessibility across all platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Project, Business) to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs
- Maintain and improve design systems, guidelines, and UI components for scalability
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Job Requirements :
- Undergraduate in Information System, Visual Design, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Experience in SaaS B2B, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or similar Business is a plus
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design
- Experienced in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI components
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (JavaScript) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute internal projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
