Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in crafting user-centered, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into design solutions that delight users and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and mockups.
- Design modern, clean, and consistent UI aligned with the overall design system.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and validate design decisions.
- Use UI analytics and metrics (e.g., click rates, drop-offs, engagement data) to continuously improve user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong design portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, prototyping, and component systems.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML, CSS) and data-driven design principles.
