Deskripsi pekerjaan UI/UX Designer Mediastep Software Inc.

* Design product solutions that are functional, thoughtful and solve our users’ problems
* Ensure design consistency and quality is maintained across the application
* Identify, analyze, and communicate user and business requirements
* Help to create a useful product that automates our customers’ tasks and pushes the boundaries of the world of financial audit 
* Prototype and/or create mocks for new features and solutions to design problems 
* Organize and conduct user testing sessions validate new experiences
* Iterate designs based on research, user feedback sessions, user interviews, peer feedback, and product roadmap
* Own style guide by maintaining the guide with the rest of the Design Team, work with the development team on decisions related to front end UI framework and work with product and marketing to ensure common branding is communicated throughout 
* Flexibility, adaptability, and time management in adjusting quickly to shifting approaches, situations, priorities, and timelines 
* Strong understanding of user experience design fundamentals (e.g. information architecture, interaction design, user flows, etc.)
* Ability to adapt to new tools
* Collaborate with other disciplines in identifying and resolving problems
* Ability to thrive in a highly iterative process that involves listening, adapting, moving fast, talking to others, and constantly collaborating with the product team and cross-functionally
* Act as a representative and ambassador of the team both internally and externally
* Be accessible, willing, and eager to guide, support, and constructively receive and provide critique and feedback.
* Capable negotiator and public speaker
Required skills:

*Strong communication as well as problem-solving and analytical skills
*Flexibility, adaptability, and time management in adjusting quickly to shifting approaches, situations, priorities, and timelines
*Experience using Figma
*Basic understanding and ability to front end code (HTML, CSS, JS)
*Good at English
Working Information:
· Working time: 9 a.m – 6 p.m Monday to Friday.
· Address: StepMedia Office, 12th Floor, Vietjet Plaza, 60A Truong Son St., Ward 4, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
· Salary: 2000$ gross (right talents come with right benefits).
· Social and medical insurance.
· 13th month and other bonuses. (more details in interview)
