Deskripsi pekerjaan UI UX Designer Coconut Lab

Design websites and mobile apps for clients of our agency. Work directly with founders to create good UI UX for in house app and for clients' websites / apps. Work directly with clients for design and quality assurance. Follow checklist to test that developers' output meets design and other functional requirements.

Optional: Create graphics like logos, icons for use in designs, edit images e.g. remove backgrounds of photos for use in designs

Technical requirements

- Proficient in Figma

- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

- Uses layout grids when designing websites

- Optional: familiar with Adobe After Effects

- Optional: experience as front end programmer will be looked upon favorably

General requirements

- Detail oriented to ensure consistency across different screens and pages

- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

- Optional: experience as front end programmer will be looked upon favorably

Coconut Lab

Coconut Lab was founded in Singapore in end 2017. Our focus is in digital advisory and development services. We partner mainly with SMEs and startups, with most clients from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. You will expect quite a fair bit of skypes and hangout calls.

In 2018, we have more than doubled our team size to 14 pax today, and still growing. We are in a number of cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and Bandung. Our growth focal point will still be Jakarta, and perhaps in due time, to Bali for our "Work, Live, Play" internal scheme.

Given our nimble structure, we are a very open and independent team. We believe in our staff to deliver what they need to, we don't like micro-management, and we love to empower them. We hope you have what it takes for this.

There is minimal corporate structure (we don't like it). We mainly use responsibilities as our measurement of talents. Hence we welcome anyone who are willing challenge themselves to excel in a bigger responsibility.

There will be KPIs to measure performance, and of course, risk and rewards structure will be there.
