Job Description :
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Analyze data to identify user trends and behaviors.
- Develop sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes to outline site structure and functionality.
- Create interactive prototypes and mockups to illustrate design concepts.
- Design intuitive and functional user interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Provide assets and style guides to support development.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
