UI/UX Designer

ARTHA INFOTAMA is an IT Company and is one Gold Microsoft Partner with Competency Enterprise Resource Planning (Microsoft Dynamics GP | Dynamics 365 | RMS), Cloud Solution Provider (CSP Tier 1), Cloud Productivity, Cloud Platform, Data Platform, Application Development, Midmarket Solution Provider & Authorized Education Reseller.

We urgently Needed : UI/UX Designer

Qualifications:

- Maximum 30 years old

- Bachelor's degree in any major

- 1-2 years of proven experience in UI/UX designing responsive web and mobile applications (having a portfolio is a significant consideration)

- Proficiency in using Figma (knowledge of other design tools is a plus)

- Understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking

- Experience in collaborating, coordinating, and executing multiple creative projects in a fast-paced and/or cross-functional environment

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and advocate for their integration into the design process

- Basic knowledge of Front-End

- Experience working in an IT consulting company is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain a consistent design language, style guides, and UI components library to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly interface across the platform

- Create deliverables that solve real user/business needs, including user research, low/mid-fidelity wireframes, responsive and interactive prototypes, high-fidelity development-ready designs, and user testing prototypes

- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and guidance throughout the development lifecycle
