Deskripsi pekerjaan UI/UX Designer Hatch Interactive

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to build some amazing experiences.
** Candidates MUST attach a PORTFOLIO or link of their recent top 3 -5 works that best demonstrate their UX capabilities (must include UX artefacts) or be subject to automatic disqualification.   
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools and have excellent navigational skills. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us tell their stories.
If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead user research, from contextual inquiries to usability testing, evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
Requirements:
Fluent command of English & good communication skills
Minimum 3-5 years' experience focused on UX, excluding other disciplines
Great understanding of User Journeys & Consumer Journeys
Cross-industry UX experience - able to concurrently visualize multiple user scenarios/edge cases and spot/address potential pitfalls
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Deep knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Deep knowledge of Adobe Suite, CMSes & collaborative tools
Great understanding and fluent with brand identity systems & language
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Team player, Good time-management skills
Degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
Familiar with design thinking & lean UX processes (in particular with Agile methodologies/projects or startups)
Good to have:
Experience in user research, data analytics and AB-testing
Good experience with E-Commerce
Experience designing for enterprise-ready, complex backend systems and working closely with technical teams is a major plus
