### About PT. ARTHA INFOTAMA
**PT. Artha Infotama** is an IT company and a **Microsoft Gold Partner** specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning, Cloud Solutions, Data Platform, Application Development, and Digital Transformation.
We are currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team and create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
### Qualifications
* Maximum **30 years old**.
* Bachelor's degree in any major.
* **1–2 years of experience** in UI/UX Design, particularly for responsive web and mobile applications.
* Strong proficiency in **Figma**; knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
* Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is **highly preferred**.
* Good understanding of **User-Centered Design** and **Design Thinking** principles.
* Able to collaborate and manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
* Basic understanding of **Front-End Development**.
* Passionate about keeping up with **UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and design tools**.
* Experience in an **IT consulting company** is a plus.
### Responsibilities
* Design and maintain a consistent **design language, style guide, and UI component library** across digital products.
* Create user-centered design deliverables, including:
* User Research
* Low/Mid-Fidelity Wireframes
* Responsive & Interactive Prototypes
* High-Fidelity, Development-Ready Designs
* User Testing Prototypes
* Translate user and business requirements into intuitive, functional, and engaging digital experiences.
* Collaborate closely with **Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders** to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
* Provide design assets, specifications, and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
* Conduct design iterations based on **user feedback, testing results, and business requirements**.
* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and continuously improve the design process.
