📍 Location: Head Office – Cengkareng Business City
💻 Working Arrangement: 4 Days WFH + 1 Day WFO
Job Description:
- Design and develop UI/UX for web & mobile applications based on user and business needs.
- Conduct user research and identify user needs, behavior, and pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, components, and style guides.
- Design responsive interfaces across various devices and screen sizes.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with Product, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure designs are feasible and well-prepared for developer implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end UI/UX design process.
- Proficient in Figma, User Research, User Flow, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing, Design Systems, and Responsive Design.
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS is a plus.
